Our Commitment to Being Green

White Caps, Green Collars, LLC is devoted to being a "green" business in both the service we provide and in how the business is run. We are
dedicated to transforming the St. Louis roofscape with reflective surfaces that are better for pocketbooks and the environment, and we're proud
to donate empty 5-gallon paint pails to Habitat for Humanity's ReStore and others.

Our biggest impact is simply doing what we do: using less energy to cool a house, school or commercial building means coal-burning power plants
emit less air and global warming pollution--that's good for local air quality and the planet. Furthermore, every 1000 square feet of black roof
coated white offsets an estimated 10 tons of carbon dioxide (CO2) each year, due to reflectivity (albedo).

We're tracking our positive environmental impact: our goal is to offset at least 500 tons--1 million pounds--of CO2 in 2010.
